Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then take 5 to 7 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery is 6 to 9 business days. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. There is no minimum spend.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Duties and taxes are not included in the price shown at checkout. On the rare occasion a shipment is assessed for import charges, those are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are ever charged unexpectedly, contact us and we will help you sort it out.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See our order tracking page for full instructions.
My tracking has not updated in a few days. Is my order lost?
Tracking often pauses for two to three days while a parcel moves between carriers or clears a sorting hub. This is normal. If there has been no movement for more than seven days, email us and we will chase the carrier for you.
Products and installation
Do I need to drill holes in my tiles?
For almost everything we sell, no. Our shelves and caddies mount with high-bond adhesive pads, our over-toilet units are freestanding, and our shower heads screw onto the standard G1/2 inch thread that is already in your bathroom. The LED mirrors are the exception, as they are wall-mounted and hardwired.
Will the adhesive damage my wall when I remove it?
No. Adhesive-mounted products come away from tile, glass and sealed surfaces without pulling off grout or paint.
How do I know it will fit my bathroom?
Every product page lists full dimensions in both centimetres and inches, plus the specific clearances you should measure before ordering. If you are unsure, email us your measurements and we will tell you honestly whether it will fit.
Do the shower heads fit my plumbing?
Yes. They use the universal G1/2 inch thread, which is the standard fitting on shower arms and hoses in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. They hand-tighten. No tools and no plumber required.
Orders, payment and returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal. All payments are processed over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your card details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, free of charge, any time before it ships, which is usually within 1 to 2 business days. Email us as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. No restocking fees. Full details are on our returns page.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email shop@saprora.com with photos of the item and its packaging. In most cases we ship a replacement straight away and you will not need to return the damaged one.
